Every leader is first a dreamer. Dreams, when realised, often bring power. Power influences people, shapes institutions, and leaves marks on history. Yet power is not an end—it is a trust. If used judiciously, it becomes a force for humanity’s progress; if misused, it corrodes the soul and diminishes the dream itself.
Dreams, when realised, are like rivers. At first they flow quietly within their natural course, nourishing the land they touch. But as they gather strength, they break new channels, carving valleys, shaping civilizations, and sometimes flooding into unexpected territories. In this way, realised dreams become power—sometimes in the same domain, sometimes in entirely new arenas.
Some powers remain within their original field—an artist influencing culture, a scientist reshaping knowledge, a technologist redefining economies. Others leap into new arenas, as when actors, athletes, or thinkers step into politics, business and carry their charisma into leadership.

The Synthesis of Leadership:

conscience. The leader who guides themselves wisely becomes a steward of
