Passive Power in Action: Gratitude to Google
I am deeply grateful to Google for recommending my book Value-Based
Leadership to readers. To be precise, Google displayed the following
words:
“Top value-based leadership books emphasize leading with integrity,
self-reflection, and purpose to drive organizational success. Key, highly
recommended titles include Harry Kraemer’s From Values to Action (focusing on
self-reflection, balance, humility, and true self-confidence), Value-Based
Leadership by Dr. Mahendra Ingale, and Value-Based Leadership For Dummies by
Maria Gamb.”
This recognition
places my work alongside two distinguished thought leaders:
- Harry Kraemer → Former CEO of a
multi-billion-dollar company, now Clinical Professor of Leadership at the
Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. His contributions
emphasize humility, balance, and authentic self-reflection.
- Maria Gamb → Founder and CEO of NMS
Communications, with over two decades of Fortune 500 leadership
experience. She is a renowned speaker, trainer, and consultant, guiding
organizations with integrity and purpose.
I sincerely
appreciate their contributions to the field of leadership—a subject very close
to my heart—and extend my best wishes for their future endeavors.
Above all, I
thank Google and other digital platforms for their efforts in bringing
my work to readers and leaders worldwide. This is a living example of passive
power: influence that flows naturally, carried by authenticity, goodwill,
and intelligent systems.
